He was more than happy to changed the to the correct size. The boots traveled from Australia to Canada and arrived more than two weeks earlier than expected. The boots are beautiful and absolutely true to size. The recipient of these boots is thrilled with them. This has been an amazingly positive experience purchasing on eBay and ozmick is far and away the best seller I’ve ever dealt with.

I am a natural UK size 14/US size 15 & the boots are snugg, giving just enough room to be comfortable (using the thumb test, leaving 1 thumb width from big toe tip to end of boot) being leather, over time i expect it will stretch just a bit allowing for a little more room. And the boot feels excellent, on par with a custom made full "true fleece" boot i usually get made by a leathersmith. These are a good cheaper alternative
