    The quality was good, and the packaging protected the bulbs. Shipping was handled well by USPS. They arrived in excellent condition. I received an offer, but the existing multi-bulb discount made that offer unnecessary. The appearance was fine as it the bulbs appeared new and unused. I would purchase from this seller again. Thank you.
