It makes getting the olive to seat properly very tricky, which could cause leaks at the lever end as it might not compress correctly and evenly. . Once fitted the narrower hose means there isn’t as much feel at the lever. Having said that, it’s a good product at its price point. More importantly they’re in stock unlike the OE product!
