New product : came as described, Awesome product : easy install, multiple setup options, setup in our helmets - everything worked as expected during around the house trial run (hafta test on a ride now for distance attainable & if wind affects it at all) Sound : loud & clear music, not much bass tho, alittle echo with intercom but we cuda been too close, Arrived : safely & in excellent condition about a week from date ordered. But they did fit perfectly inside our HJC i10 helmet's existing wire channels and speaker/microphone pods. These are very loud and clear!! Music and intercom sound great! Much better than expected. You don't have a bunch of extra wires to hide or deal with yet they are plenty long enough for a custom installation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! PERFECT!!! Thanks!

The only thing I don’t like so far is the clip that holds them on the helmet, but it is adequate
