Nice and black. Once I had worked out how the plastic bits needed to go together, I was able to tighten this seat up properly. It's not easy to describe but basically the castlelated but goes up inside the tube bit and that's where all the tightening happens. I used a spanner to get the final level of tightness desired. But go gently.

Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else.
