However they only issued a partial refund and tried to claim the reason I didn’t receive the full amount was because of VAT I had to pay. In reality they didn’t refund the shipping cost and tried to get away with it. When I pointed this out they stopped replying. Ebay stepped in and processed the remaining refund. Item was poorly packaged with not enough padding. No wonder it broke.
