I found the volume completely protruding from it - basically a loose wrapper, rather than an envelope. A great advert for Royal Mail but COMPLETELY AWFUL PACKAGING from WoB. So a decent delivery relying on luck and the good offices of my postie. It's a Bible - a dense volume and should have been packed with that in mind. Very surprising and also dismaying.

The only slight downside was that it took quite a bit longer to be delivered. I ordered 4 CD's at the same time. The 1st 3 were delivered on time but this one took about 5 days extra. It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
