All items are sent the same working day for purchases completed before 2pm. I can only apologise for the poor service of Royal Mail in delivering your item in a reasonable time. 2nd class, 1st class and express tracked options are available at checkout on all my listings giving you choice depending on costs or time dependant purchases. I hope this gives enough depth to your above comment

On contacting the seller via e-bay protocol, the seller personally phoned ( while I am still filling in the required form) to apologise for the mistake and said he would sending the right size immediately and to keep the wrong sized order. The product arrived as promised and I must admit I am very pleased with the product/ service given and would recommend this supplier
