Catches fit well apart from the holes that the bar goes through. Had to open them up to 1/4 inch from 6mm. Easy to solve and now all legs work as they should. Great thanks

I did need to make the hole slightly larger to avoid the pin splitting the plastic, but at least now the legs can be secured.
