One part of my order disappeared into the Evri network (where it still is/isn’t who knows?) and after a couple days of no tracking update I messaged and got a response within a couple hours from Gina saying she’d look into and sort it. Within 2 days I had a new Evri tracking link and my order. Amazing customer service I will be returning and recommending to anyone I can. Parcels also packaged securely and watertight wrap on liquids.

The seller had to get involved and liaise with them. The item was dispatched soon after my order placed but delivered days after the track parcel stated delivery So if you’re in a rush for any products dont expect them when tracker says they’ll be with you . This has happened with my second order from these guys ,up to now two days late from stated time of delivery. 🙄
