Reviews
'One of the most striking features of this text is the inherent comprehensibility ... providing a good summary of the key issues in psychology and law, this book would make excellent supplementary reading for any forensic psychology or psychology and law course.' The Psychologist, 'For those whose interests and/or work involve them in the operation of the criminal law, this book contains a thorough and objective review of psychological research into issues commonly encountered … it provides suggestions for the future for legal psychology to benefit the development of criminal law. it will undoubtedly contribute to the knowledge of those who take the time to study it.' The Queensland Lawyer, 'For those whose interests and/or work involve them in the operation of the criminal law, this book contains a thorough and objective review of psychological research into issues commonly encountered ... it provides suggestions for the future for legal psychology to benefit the development of criminal law. it will undoubtedly contribute to the knowledge of those who take the time to study it.' The Queensland Lawyer, 'I found Kapardis' approach very refreshing. … The book has a strong international feel … I would definitely recommend this book to students studying legal psychology as well as criminology. In my opinion, it is also worth having on the shelf if you are a chartered psychologist working in some capacity with the courts.' The British Journal of Forensic Practice, "...for established researchers who are looking for a collection of empirical data with an international perspective, this text will be a valuable resource." - 6***6 (74)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoThis delivery was earliest date! Condition, value, quality - all as described. (My mistake was not requiring the publishing date to be 1958. This was 1977.) This IS a Viking Portable Library copy of Dante's Divine Comedy in English, translated by Laurence Binyon, but it is with a cover DIFFERENT from what was shown. The tracking number was listed as from "UPS", but should have been listed as from "USPS." Contact with this seller alleviated tracking issues. I recommend this seller! Thank you!
- p***a (187)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoI purchased two books from the same seller; both were accurately advertised in product write ups. Seller responded promptly and securely packaged both books for swift arrival. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.
- h***5 (582)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoArrived 13 days after purchase. Digipak 3 CD came in brown paper packaging coated on the inside. Not much protection for cardboard digipack, somehow it arrived in near perfect condition. Could have used some bubble wrap /sturdy cardboard. Tracking gave no information. Messaged them & they assured me it was on it's way. Location reads Florida. They ship from all over / my package read Jamaica, NY. Got a 3 CD Deluxe Edition in GREAT CONDITION at BARGAIN PRICE ! Nervous ride/Happy ending 😀👍
