Advised when placed order that they were awaiting stock and given a discount off the price I had paid if prepared to wait. Okay it took a little longer than anticipated but I was kept informed . I was prepared to wait as I had had the Orthologics large bed wedge before and they are excellent value and quality and much more expensive elsewhere. More importantly they really help with getting a reflux free night for both myself & my husband and are very comfortable

Then put it under the mattress and this has been very successful. Can no longer smell it and it is very comfortable. It has definitely improved my sleep and reduced my nighttime reflux symptoms. I am now delighted with it. The key tip is to use this under your mattress, not on top.

Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.

My order was sent out for delivery quickly, tracking number provided, unfortunately the courier didn't deliver, the package never got further than their facility. I waited a week before contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sent replacement which arrived next day. Couldn't ask for more.
