Advised when placed order that they were awaiting stock and given a discount off the price I had paid if prepared to wait. Okay it took a little longer than anticipated but I was kept informed . I was prepared to wait as I had had the Orthologics large bed wedge before and they are excellent value and quality and much more expensive elsewhere. More importantly they really help with getting a reflux free night for both myself & my husband and are very comfortable

Hardly safe or sanitary. Very poor packaging by the company concerned. They must realise delivery drivers don't care how they handle their packages and this was bound to happen. Now I will have a battle trying to get refunded.
