The strap wasn't exactly as pictured and was missing the loop which was the main reason (along with price) why I ordered from their site. Vendor was quick to respond after I initiated the return, apologized, and completed the refund the same day they received the returned item. Overall, it was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Luxe Sweet Spot in the future.
