Both have slight scratches to the lid, which doesn’t really matter for my purposes. They were supposed to be next day delivery but I ordered Mon, they were dispatched untracked on Tues and eventually arrived in two separate deliveries on Sat. I don’t mind delivery taking a while esp. at such a good price but I was waiting in every day to receive the delivery.

I phoned the contact number given and was offered a 15% refund which I accepted, rather than arrange collection. The refund was issued immediately. The photos which I had taken were not required, but I attach one as a record.

I bought these 12" sleeves at the same time as another order for some 7" sleeves. Each listing mentioned a different delivery carrier I.E. Evri and the post office. Both orders were shipped in the same box so were delivered together less than 48 hours after the order went through. That is service ! Thank you!

I have ordered two sets of 3 large Really Useful Boxes from them now, and will probably get more in future. A great price. Extremely good customer service. I was surprised that the 3 boxes all came individually boxed but I guess they must have a reason as to why they do that. They were well packaged. The description said that it was a 24hr service which it definitely wasn’t (probably better to not say 24hr) but I contacted seller. They promptly replied & said they would chase their warehouse.
