    I bought a damaged dualshock 4 controller, and what I received was exactly as described and pictured. It arrived wrapped in a good amount of bubble wrap inside a rigid box. I ordered it on July 3 (Thursday), it was mailed out on July 9 (Wednesday), and I received it on July 11 (Friday). I wasn't in a rush for this, and I'm happy with what I got.
