      This large Lladro figurine arrived in a damaged box upside down. I thought this would be broken when I opened it, but it was packed so well that it arrived undamaged. Even the fragile fingers were intact. Great job packing. It arrived timely and was as described in perfect condition. This was a great value. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
