They marked item as sent with the wrong carrier and suspiciously no promised tracking info. It was never sent! They took my money anyways and ignored my communications before, during, and after the sale period. eBay had to step in and when customer service also could not get a response from the seller they quickly issued a refund. This was very frustrating I purchased the same item elsewhere. We never received your money. eBay refunded you in full the same day you requested it. Claiming we "went out of our way to fraudulently waste time" doesn't match what happened: a shipping problem resolved immediately with a complete refund. We're a small family business with hundreds of successful transactions. Our feedback history reflects who we are.
