I did recommend that maybe they could think about offering the buyer a choice of postage options and prices. Buyers willing to pay for tracking would then have peace of mind. Looking at the feedback I'm not the first person to have experienced this so it's not an innocent mistake but a deliberate policy by this seller. I recommend you don't buy anything from them.
