      The computer tower came, same as pictured, it worked fine, I'm using it now to type this. It took a few days after the payment for it to get shipped, but I had no issues. The packaging was good, a lot of bubble wrap. The value of this for me, was great. The 9400 was a huge upgrade. Would do business with again. A+++++

      The Lenovo SR635 was shipped in a timely manner. The packaging was good and thorough, protecting everything in transit. There was a couple of issues that conflicted with the description of the item however, they were remedied quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this seller if you are looking for a seller that is reliable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the shipment is fulfilled. Thanks.

      I was leery about purchasing after reading the negative feedback, but it was shipped very quickly after I bought it. I contacted the seller about the tracking number after it was created, as FedEx's system was slow to update, a response was received quickly. The console arrived with adequate packing with only the existing damage noted in the listing. The console was locked with a password which was not disclosed in the listing, but I was able to find a recovery option through Microsoft.
