He shipped the item right away, but after two weeks without any progress in the tracking updates, he quickly processed a refund. While it’s unfortunate that I wasn’t able to get the product, I truly appreciate his responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Seller immediately messaged, refunded and apologized almost in the same breath - but I really don't need the apology as the message/refund were enough for me. I understand 60-year old books do weird things sometimes and description even said it was on the rough side and price reflected that.
