Something strange is happening at the Clarksville City Zoo. Late at night, monkeys are scaling the walls and searching the neighborhood--but what are they looking for Noah, his sister Megan, and their best friends, Richie and Ella, live next door to the zoo. The author originally had the idea for The Secret Zoo when he was nine and wondered what would happen if zoo exhibits had secret doors that allowed kids to go inside--and the animals to come outside. He brings that sense of adventure and excitement to this story, making it a favorite for home and classroom reading along with such middle grade fantasy favorites as The One and Only Ivan.

Listing photo was pulled from internet and used as placeholder, according to sellers listing. Thats on me for buying the cheapest one without looking at listing fully. Would have been better to not use another persons photo on seller's listing as the specific guide book advertised has reflective bits, the one i recieved did not.. However, packaging was a thin plastic envelope instead of bubble/ cardboard. Book arrived new yet slightly damaged. Not worth asking for a return due to the very low price, yet would suggest to seller/ future buyers to have better packaging for shipping. Thanks.
