Impatient..Published my scan code before I could arrange pick-up then wouldn't divulge correct PU address. Item is a replica wood item pass-off as an original aluminum decked scooter. BuyR notified me "there is a split in the(wood) after the sale. There is NO wood in a Skeeter Scooter by Temco. A true failure to communicate. We at Tender Threads realize dismantling could damage parts of scooter and this event would have taken 1+ hours of time to perform. He persisted back and forth then opened up an item not received case. We did the honest and professional thing, cancelled his purchase and refunded him in full.
