    I had a good 1st experience with this seller. My item was as described, it arrived on time and undamaged. Communication was excellent. Although my item was undamaged I can't say the same for the envelope it came in. I was told that would be taken care of with the shipping company on their end. That's something I really appreciate because this seller is taking the time to do something about it. That shows this seller cares about their customers and that's key to great customer service.

    Item received in brand new condition. The pricing of the dvd is lowest than I have found anywhere else, but the item is pristine condition. Had a small mixup with the wrong dvd sent initially (which was also brand new condition), fhey responded quickly and sent the replacement. The replacement (and correct) dvd arrived faster than the original dvd! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for being responsive and kind about the exchange. Thank you very much and hope to buy from you again!
