Covered in dirt and scratches. None of this was made clear in the original listing. Hurriedly packed in bubble wrap with no protection for the cables. Not at all what I would expect from a company.

Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*
