Not the sellers fault, but I reached out to see what we could do since I wanted them for the holiday. Seller was prompt with an offer to refund or replace them. I was about to accept, but got pulled away. They arrived the next day! They work, and they look great! Really happy! Thanks so much!

Additionally, I suggested a listing update to inform buyers whether the pots had drainage holes or not to prevent confusion. Overall great customer service experience, just damage in transit was disappointing, could’ve been packed better.
