They were described as pre-owned but excellent condition with no flaws. I opened the package and to my surprise is missing shoelaces from the left shoe! I never experienced this. This is a major flaw! How do shoelaces not be included and go unmentioned as missing on the original listing. Messages seller, hoping to get a response. Also eBay customer support was notified.
