    The computer arrived well packaged and exactly as shown and described. The Communication is excellent . Battery life is healthy and the function of the computer appears as if new. It is the Apple quality of before and I agreed to a good pricing value. The scratches, corners are shown and pictured but few appearance detailed scratches, do not affect its good function. Good seller. You can work with this company. The computer arrived today and has been on for a few hours.

    Laptop works very well, condition looks brand new with minimal scratches, fantastic price for the specs, and packaged perfectly for shipping. I will only shop with Goroostr for refurbished tech from now on. Their communication was outstanding, messaging back right away when I had a question. They even informed me of battery cycles which is important with refurbished macs. The Mac air even came with updated Monterey OS and original charger. This company rocks!

    Overall this was a good experience. The seller shipped the item very quickly and packed safely with bubble wrap in the box. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.
