Box was soaking wet and falling apart. Shoes and jacket were soaking wet. A shipping invoice was included…good. I like helping this organization but I’ll have to reconsider buying again.

Item was packed well but arrived with a scratch on the computer monitor that didn't appear to be present in the listing photographs, and wasn't likely to have happened in the box the way the item was packed; reached out to seller with photographs to confirm damage as perhaps the scratch occurred after the listing photos were taken and before shipment, and received a prompt and satisfactory discount on my purchase. Item was otherwise described accurately. Thanks again!
