Package arrived on time and exactly as described except it was missing one very important piece - the game cartridge. I messaged the Seller who replied immediately and told me they would look for it. They got back to me after a couple of hours to tell me they'd found the missing item and shipped it to me the next day. Thank you for taking the time to look for the item.

I wasn’t completely happy with condition of the item on arrival, so I reached out and they were very quick to offer options to make it right with either a partial refund and me keeping the item or a full refund with return. How a seller handles things like this means the most to me, very good experience with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!

It was supposed to be here by Wednesday.
