Last year I bought the sunflower sunglasses from spirit and they came in nice proper packaging, so I know this wasn’t right. After the item was delivered, they raised concerns, claiming the item was used. We assured the buyer that the item was brand new and never used.In an effort to provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction, we promptly offered a full refund along with a prepaid return shipping label. Despite several days having passed since the label was provided, the buyer has yet to return the item.It is concerning

The shipping packaging left a lot to be desired though and arrived quite banged up. The lack of any additional cushioning material inside the box could've ended with the contents being damaged as a result, though thankfully they were not. Seller needs to do a bit better job with packaging in the future, but the items themselves are great.
