I was told that I had to wait until the item arrived and then request a return. When it finally arrived, I asked for a return and was immediately denied. Very disappointed and I'm out $115 with a duplicate Halloween costume I have no use for. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Do NOT buy from this seller.
