I wasn’t even looking for a refund, but they also immediately fixed the mistake in the listing that led to the need for customer service. Unfortunately, it does not work with my application. Being used to the horrible vendors allowed to rip us off on a regular basis, I now have to make my own correction. Moral is: Each of us is responsible for each and every action we take, regardless of the actions of others. I apologize. We updated the listing to not include NPR applications. Also they stated the basic plug design was correct but the wire gauges were not correct. The customer was able to rework the plug to make it work. In good faith and with our 100 percent customer satisfaction policy they received a full refund.
