Once they ship off their item most sellers think that their job is done but thats not the case. This seller showed alot of care for me as my package was delivered to a location that was not my usual location. Gave me reassurance and showed that they will help anyway possible! I was however disappointed with the seemingly high shipping costs for an item that when packaged/labeled in a thin poly mailer should be around 8 to 12 oz. at most. A $10 flat shipping fee is excessive considering that it went out USPS Ground Advantage. From a buyer’s perspective, I highly encourage allowing eBay to calculate by weight when it comes to garments that total less than 1 lb with all packaging. Best!
