As an example, the 1939 Washington Silver Quarter has well over 250 examples graded in MS67 codition, with atleast 15 or more higher. Compare this to only 8 coins graded in MS67 condition with one finer for the 1988-D Quarter. It is definitely a very tough issuse and very underestimated for the series. </p>Product Identifiers
