There was a couple of issues that conflicted with the description of the item however, they were remedied quickly and efficiently.     I was leery about purchasing after reading the negative feedback, but it was shipped very quickly after I bought it. I contacted the seller about the tracking number after it was created, as FedEx's system was slow to update, a response was received quickly. The console arrived with adequate packing with only the existing damage noted in the listing. The console was locked with a password which was not disclosed in the listing, but I was able to find a recovery option through Microsoft.
