The seller has been great with communication and I'm very pleased with the quality and performance of my massager. The item was well packaged and the box it came in with all the attachments and booklet was okay however I've bought a sports bag to keep it in.I found relief from my neck and shoulder pain on first use I think it will be of great benefit to my extensive joint and muscular problems.
