They use an unfamiliar shipping service to falsify delivered status to be able to scam you out of your money and not have to send you what you ordered. I know this because I have documented the supposed "order number" from "Yanwen" and it DOES NOT MATCH that of my item, and when I search for it being delivered to the address I provided, it comes up as "invalid." I've also submitted reports to my Attorney General.
