Shipping was effecient and arrived a day sooner than promised. I made a mistake when I ordered and the seller responded promptly and graciously and fixed my problem. I would be very comfortable buying from this seller again.

They gave me solutions and were so kind the packaging was quite cute and I paid for priority shipping but I got it in about 4-5 days! The plushie is bigger than I thought which is awesome and it’s soft and fluffy! I’d definitely recommend it as the value is great and it’s exactly as described!
