It was as described with good condition aside from the cracked backglass I knew about and later repaired. The phone was amazing value and I'm saving this seller and will buy from again

Packed very well in copious bubble wrap and in a large outer box sandwiched in between plenty of paper cushioning, even a ham-fisted courier could not have damaged it. MacBook was exactly as described, battery serviceable as well which can be an issue with these older units. Very pleased with the condition of the item and how honest the seller was with the description. Will definitely buy from again, and would happily recommend them to anyone else!
