Each time it said the barcode label was unreadable and replaced. That prolonged the arrival of the package by three days. Was that because of how it was packaged? Lastly, I spent twenty dollars for shipping but it didn’t come in a box. I feel that was too much given the risk. Risk brought on by the lack of privacy or shock protection. There evidently was multiple bids for the plaque. This created a fog of confusion and my offer was not the “winner”. My bid and payment was promptly refunded. I am very impressed this seller’s communications and prompt answers to my inquiries. This almost transaction will not deter me future bidding on the seller’s items.
