The seller went above and beyond, actually called me once I reached out to report the damage and advised me to take up an insurance claim with USPS. This was the best possible outcome. I got a running locomotive at a great price and the seller (non-profit museum) didn’t have to eat a return. Hooray for good old fashioned person to person communication! Well packed with bubble wrap and foam in the box. The items were as described and in great shape. Was a good value since it is hard to find that road name in good brass.
