I bought 2, because it made the shipping worth it. Now, without knowing, only 1 bottle was shipped with a very high shipping price. The 1 bottle has never arrived. I have contacted seller 3 times without satisfaction. Ebay cannot be contacted and shows a partial refund due to above explanation. What a racket! You knew that you had the custom fees, UPS contacted you about the custom fees on the 10th to be exact and you did not pay the custom fees and then they return to sender. It is a responsibility of the buyer to pay for the custom fees which you knew and you asked me before$
