The others I've tried that cover the MW band get almost as far with the standard 3 metre aerial. It would be nice if it had the option of directly connecting a signal source with a mini jack. It is useful to have this as quite a few vintage portable radios offer the 49m band which this covers. Less have the 21m band other mini transmitters cover. The stability and reasonable audio is good - 5*
