I sent a quick, polite note during the week asking about the status of the package, but they never replied. Although the item arrived as described, I was disappointed with the customer service. I am sorry I missed your message in the middle of the week but I always try my best to get items to the buyers in a quick fashion. 1 week from time of purchase to delivery at your door is not unreasonable in my opinion but I respect yours as well.
