I contacted seller for instruction on how to receive a full refund for damaged item…was prepared to return it if need be. Seller gave partial refund and to keep the damaged item…I contacted seller to request my full refund as this item is of no use to me….The seller responded extremely rude and acted as if It was settled by giving me a partial refund. Totally unexceptable! I tried to refund them and it was only for one penny less since the box would not let me put 16.34. They are petty, vindictive, and just plain full of hate. I even called ebay asking them to help me becuase they were being hateful over a PENNY. Ebay is now letting them return it and it will overdraw my bank account. I hope this buyer's life is filled with nothing but people like her. Pure negativity. I feel sorry for her or anyone that comes into contact with them
