    It arrived on time. It was packaged safely in bubble wrap. And the price was vey competitive with others. It was the part as described. However there was a part broken that could have been easily overlooked by the seller. It was an internal part. I messaged the seller and got a quick response. Offering to refund my money or whatever it took to make it right. I didn’t take the refund. I improvised instead. And will definitely order from this seller again!

    I purchased three parts from Sutter Imports to replace the panels that my dogs tore through. Upon ordering they confirmed that the parts would fit my model of truck which I appreciated. Shipping was fast and inexpensive. The parts were packed so no damage could happen through shipping. They sent me exactly what was described on the site.     This is an excellent seller. Extremely communicative. The item is very good quality exactly as stated. There was a big problem with USPS delivering. They lost the package. The seller was quick to refund the money, but then two weeks later the post office ended up delivering it. I am impressed by this seller and the service he offers. Highly recommend!
