Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, especially Bryan, who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall, fantastic value for the price. After some testing, I have questions about the stated hours on the drives, but they are in great condition and I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. I spoke to the seller about the hours issue and after a couple replies, they offered me a small refund to make up for the difference in cost of the drives. I am very happy with the prompt and positive replies and I highly recommend them.

Each drive was individually contained within a bag marked by SN and bubblewrapped tightly, the four drives were then placed into a box with larger bubblewrap on both sides of the box. There was absolutely no chance whatsoever that these could've been damaged in shipping. The seller even provides a 90day refund/replacement option and gave a cute Thank You card. Will buy again.
