Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours. Great value for what you receive. All excellent so far. Would purchase again from this dealer. They make the refund the day suppose to be. I insist and bought another laptop in the same store. this time everything was fine. VERY WELL PACKAGED!! Very good quality, if necessary, i could buy in the same store
