I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.

I'd only like to say that I had a TERRIBLE experience with delivery provided by UPS. I know it goes beyond the seller, but I'd like to recommend them to provide with more delivery options because I lost a lot of time trying to get my package and I almost lost it. Contacting with the seller was too hard and UPS was awful.
